i’ve just recieved the lip balm and i loveee it, the lip balm genuinely instantly plumps and hydrates ur lips, it also smells amazing. the creator of nump is so lovely too, she puts a lot of love into every product 🫶🏻🫶🏻.
The lip balm snapped just after one day of me owning it
It broke after using for 2 days.. I barely twisted it in the tube. The texture and feel of it is nice but nothing special.
I honestly can’t rave enough about the Nump lip balm! First of all, a huge thank you to Leila for her incredible customer service! When my original order got lost in the post (due to no fault of her own!) , she immediately sent a replacement and even included an extra balm as a kind apology. So thoughtful and so appreciated!
Now onto the balm itself... WOW! It’s so moisturising and nourishing without feeling sticky. The scent is absolutely dreamy too , and not overpowering at all. The packaging is so cute and aesthetic and definitely Pinterest worthy!
I’ve only been using it a very short time and I can already see a difference, my lips look more hydrated and even a bit plumper.
